Terms and Conditions

Please kindly note the following terms and conditions applicable to all online virtual training events conducted by Slashprog Technologies.

Payment must be received in full prior to the training event start date. You must pay each invoice we issue within 30 days starting on the date issued. If you register for any training event within 30 days before the training event is due to start, then payment is due immediately.

A confirmation will be emailed automatically to confirm receipt of your training event registration. Joining instructions will be sent two days prior to the training event or immediately for those registrations within two days of the training event date.

Training cancellation and refund Policy

Since Slashprog Technologies is offering non-tangible and irrevocable service, we do NOT issue refunds after training completion. However, payments are subject to refund if the training program is cancelled by you, subject to the following terms:

• All cancellations must be received in writing (email acceptable) 14 calendar days before the start of the training event. Cancellations made after this date will be charged the full event registration fee.
• Registrants who do not attend the training event on the scheduled date and time will be considered as no show and will therefore be charged the full course registration fee.

Each training event is required to meet a minimum number of registrations in order for it to be commenced. This minimum number of registrations required is decided by Slashprog Technologies from time to time owing to their operational and budget constraints.

Slashprog Technologies reserves the right to cancel a scheduled training event due to operational reasons and/or a training event does not meet the minimum number of registrations. Under such circumstances, Slashprog Technologies will issue a full refund of registration fees within 15 days of scheduled training date.

All refunds will be processed within 15 days of receipt of the refund request.
