How long we retain your data
If you leave your contact details in our contact page, your contact details and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can contact you to acquaint you on our future online training events. We do not share your contact details to any third-party websites or services. We will delete your contact details from our database should you choose to unsubscribe from our contact list.
We also gather your computer’s IP address and your visiting patterns on our website for our internal website analytics. None of this information will be made available to third-party websites or services. However, we redirect your web browser to third-party payment gateway services for course registration to authorize your payment. We will have no access your banking, credit card or debit card details as it is being managed by third-party services.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Though we have third-party spam detection service for contact and registration details, we do not share your contact details with them. However, you will be redirected to third-party payment gateway services for payment authorization as part of training course registration. Kindly check the privacy policy of those services.
